Service and Accounts

AIBanner provides AI-assisted tools for creating banners and social media creatives. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for account security and for activity performed through your account.

Your Brand Assets and Generated Banners

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, logos, product images, typefaces, reference images, and other material you upload. You grant AIBanner and its configured providers a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.

You must have the copyrights, trademark permissions, publicity rights, privacy rights, and other authorization needed for every upload and generation request. Do not upload another company's logo, a person's likeness, or copyrighted artwork unless your intended use is authorized. AI output may resemble existing works or brands; you are responsible for reviewing every banner before publication or commercial use. AIBanner does not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Prohibited Use

You may not use AIBanner to create, upload, advertise, or distribute:

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, counterfeit, or rights-infringing content;
• phishing, impersonation, fake endorsements, fabricated reviews, or misleading offers;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually explicit content, sexualized minors, grooming, sextortion, or child sexual abuse material;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, self-harm-promoting, terrorist, or gratuitously violent content;
• malware, unauthorized tracking, hacking instructions, spam, or attempts to bypass safety, payment, access, or usage controls.

Marketing claims, prices, disclosures, and endorsements in a generated banner must be accurate and substantiated by the user. We may block requests, remove content, and suspend accounts that create legal, safety, or platform-policy risk.

Payments and Availability

Credits, subscriptions, expiration, renewals, and refunds are governed by the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law. Generation can fail or produce unexpected results; no uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific advertising performance is guaranteed.

Liability and Termination

To the extent permitted by law, AIBanner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or generated banners. You are responsible for claims caused by material you submit, publish, or use in violation of these terms or third-party rights.

We may limit or terminate access for violations, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices.
