AIBanner is an AI-assisted banner and social creative generator operated at www.aibanner.ai. This policy explains the information processed when you browse the site, create an account, upload brand material, generate banners, or purchase credits.
Payment-card details are processed by the configured payment provider. AIBanner does not need to store full card numbers to complete an order.
Reference images, logos, prompts, and generation settings are transmitted to configured storage and AI providers as needed to create the requested banner and troubleshoot failures. Do not upload confidential material or content you do not have permission to use. Provider retention may be governed by their own terms. You can contact us to request deletion of account-linked content, subject to security, accounting, and legal retention requirements.
We use information to provide generation features, manage accounts and credits, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, measure site performance, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with providers that supply authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, analytics, email, customer support, and payments; with authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transfer. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.
AIBanner may use Google analytics or advertising services in the future. Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, device identifiers, page activity, and ad interactions. Where required, advertising storage or personalized advertising will remain disabled until you make a consent choice through the site's consent controls. You can also manage cookies through your browser and Google's advertising settings.
We do not intentionally send account names, email addresses, payment information, prompts, private brand assets, or generated banners as identifiers in Google advertising requests. A verified publisher identifier and ads.txt seller record will be added only if an actual advertising account is assigned.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of account-linked data and withdraw optional consent. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
AIBanner is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Do not upload a minor's image or personal data without lawful authorization and all required consent.
